I found a new toy during my lunch break today.
I read a story on The Next Web about Spotify acquiring Echo Nest.
Whilst researching who they actually were, I discovered something they made called the Infinite Jukebox.
It takes a song you upload and then plays it infinitely. It actually works!
As you can see from today’s photo, I listened to a 3 minute remix of the BBC News Top of the Hour theme for a whole 15 minutes.
Here’s a preview of it playing around with Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean.
You can upload any song or chose some of their hand picked ones, which work quite well.
Additionally, you can fine tune it. But see what happens when you leave it on the default settings.
This stuff amazes me.
